Hands On Academy is an educational facility and tutoring academy. It offers a smaller learning environment, academic support and alternative pathways for learners who may experience barriers to learning. It should not be presented as a registered special-needs or remedial school.

Does Hands On Academy support learners with different learning needs?

The Academy's supplied material describes experience supporting learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADD/ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dysphagia and other barriers to learning. Every learner is considered individually, and an enquiry or assessment does not guarantee acceptance.

What learning options are available?

The current documented pathways are Grades 8-12 CAPS-related academic support, GED tutoring and Skills Development.
