Hands On Academy offers Grades 8-12 CAPS-related tutoring and academic support in Pietermaritzburg across a range of secondary-school subjects. Our smaller learning environment is intended to provide learners with more focused support and individual attention while recognising that each learner may approach education differently.

An Individual Approach to Learning
Hands On Academy's small-class environment enables educators to work more closely with learners and provide an educational setting different from a conventional large mainstream classroom. The Academy's philosophy is centred on recognising the individual learner and providing support and encouragement.
Dedicated Learning Spaces
The Academy's facility includes seven separate classroom spaces, with dedicated classroom arrangements for grades and a Consumer/Hospitality classroom with a fully equipped kitchen.
